Being a personal fitness trainer for over 10 years, I have seen it all. From the overweight mom who wants to get back the body she had before kids, to the Olympic athlete who needs an extra push to get through the Olympic trials. Whatever place you find yourself in, life is sport for all of us, and we all should be equipped to play. Whatever your goal and reason for wanting to engage in a workout regime, you need a plan.
